PROJECT LOCATION:
YAZD, IRAN Circulation and treatment of cooling water within four states of the cooling units to cover main demands of IRAN Alloy Steel Complex (IASCO) YAZD-1: 700,000 tons development project. Other parts of the comprehensive water system of the plant include the Treatment of both deep underground water and river water to supply the water demands of IASCO. By Taking advantage of the latest technologies, the plant produces demineralized, industrial, potable, irrigation, firefighting water, and reuse wastewater.
SCOPE OF PROJECT: - Close Circuit Cooling Tower System (68,520 m³/d) - Close Circuit Air Cooler System (68,520 m³/d) - Open Circuit Cooling Tower System (10,800 m³/d) - Open Circuit Wastewater Treatment Plant (10,800 m3/d) - Make-up Water BWRO Desalination Plant (4,560 m3/d) - Demineralized Water Plant (240 m3/d) - Cooling Tower’s Water St. tanks (Open/Close) (200+1,000 m³) - 2# Firefighting/Emergency 45m Elevated Water tanks (2*200 m³) SUPPLEMENTARY SCOPE: - Concrete Tanks, Lagoons, and Hydraulic Structures - Buildings & Sheds, Steel Pipe Racks, and Landscaping. - Pumping Stations SYSTEM PROCESS: - Open Circuit: Hydro Cyclone > Self-cleaning Filtration > Bag Filtration > Iron Filtration > Cooling Tower
