RAZI Petrochemical Company Project
AIM OF PROJECT: |
PROJECT LOCATION: BANDAR-E MAHSHAHR, KHOUZESTAN, IRAN RAZI Petrochemical Company is one of the oldest and largest petrochemical complexes in IRAN with the production of various chemical products. Due to the absence of a central wastewater treatment plant (since the opening of the factory), there were no facilities to collect and treat various wastewater streams (with different quality and treatment needs). Therefore, in the first phase of “the comprehensive wastewater management project”, the Design and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction project (EPC) project was carried out for the collection and transfer of all wastewater streams to the future treatment plant location including open channels, pressurized pipelines, basins and tanks, and pumping stations.
SCOPE OF PROJECT: - Total Capacity of Collected Wastewater Streams (6,000 m3/d) - Wastewater Pump Stations (2,400+3600 m3/d) - Pressurized & Gravity Pipelines DN200~300 (PE/CS) (5 km) - Concrete Open Channels (5 km) - All Concrete Wastewater Storage Tanks & Basins (1,000 m3)
SUPPLEMENTARY SCOPE: - LV MCCs, Control System & Instrumentation - Concrete Tanks, Basins, and Hydraulic Structures - Pump Stations SYSTEM PROCESS: - Pressurized Lines: Wastewater Storage > pH Adjustment > Pump Station - Non-Pressurized Lines: Gravity Open Channels and Gravity Pipelines > Wastewater Storage > Pump Station
