CHARMSHAHR Industrial Zone Wastewater Treatment Plant Project

:PROJECT LOCATION MASHHAD CITY, NORTH KHORASAN PROVINCE, IRAN Treatment of the most challenging type of industrial wastewater, collected from over leather factory with high amount of COD and heavy metal like Cr (III) and Cr (VI) in order to reuse for irrigation purposes. CHARAMSHAHR industrial zone with an area of approximately 125 hectares is located in MASHHAD, IRAN. More than 20 huge leather production and processing factories are working and treatment of the high-polluted industrial wastewater stream (COD = 8000 ppm) coming from the factories was necessary. To meet the requirement of IEPO standards in wastewater reuse, the centralized industrial wastewater treatment planned and constructed by taking advantage of customized process and optimized arrangement of biological treatment units including UABR, UAFB, MBBR and EAAS.
