MIANEH STEEL COMPLEX Industrial Wastewater Reuse Project
AIM OF PROJECT: |
PROJECT LOCATION:
MIANEH, EAST AZARBAIJAN PROVINCE, IRAN MIANEH STEEL COMPLEX consists of three sections: Rolling, Refining, and Melting. In recent years, drought and the reduction of water resources have become significant and fundamental challenges for industrial factories in the country. The design and implementation of a water treatment plant for the MIANEH STEEL COMPLEX in the form of an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project are conducted by ABSUN PALAYESH COMPANY. The input water to the wastewater treatment unit is a combination of wastewater from the melting and casting, rolling, refining, and reverse osmosis concentrate units. The included processes aim to recycle water and achieve water recovery.
:SCOPE OF PROJECT - Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) systems, Filtration systems, Ultrafiltration (UF) systems, and Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems. - Equalization tanks, Oil removal systems, Dewatering systems, and Chemical Injection Packages. - Control systems, Electrical panels, and all necessary Electrical and Instrumentation equipment for the facility. - Commissioning, Conducting training sessions, and Providing initial guidance. - Storage tanks & Pump stations - Chemical Dosing Package :SYSTEM PROCESS - Equalization Basin > Oil separator > Ultrafiltration system > Micro-Filtration (Cartridge Filter) system > Reverse Osmosis (RO)
