:AIM OF PROJECT

WEST ASIA STEEL COMPANY, established in Qom Province, 30 kilometers from DELIJAN City, is a private investment venture with a commitment to international standards led by the expertise of senior managers from MOBARAK STEEL COMPANY. The design and construction of an industrial water treatment plant for the WEST ASIA STEEL COMPANY are conducted by ABSUN PALAYSH COMPANY.

The water treatment system utilized in this facility is based on the Reverse Osmosis method, which can remove up to 99% of all water impurities in various stages, resulting in potable (drinking) or industrial water. This system is designed with a 90% recovery rate and three stages, making it one of the most challenging and successful designs in this field.

:SCOPE OF PROJECT

-  All Equipment and necessities for the Industrial Water Treatment Plant, including Sand filters, Carbon filters, Reverse Osmosis systems, and related Chemical Dosing Packages.

-  Control systems, Electrical panels, and all Electrical and precision instrument requirements for the facility.

-  Commissioning, conducting training classes, and providing initial guidance.

- Water Treatment: Sand filters > Carbon filters > Micro-Filtration (Cartridge Filter) system > Reverse Osmosis (RO)

- Wastewater Treatment: Equalization basin > Flocculation > Coagulation > Sedimentation > UABR > Activated Sludge (IFAS) > Disinfection
