PROJECT LOCATION:

KERMAN CITY, KERMEN PROVINCE, IRAN

IRANIAN BUTIA STEEL COMPANY was established in 2011 to complete the steel supply chain in the country. The BUTIA STEEL COMPLEX, including 103 hectares of peripheral and non-industrial land, was constructed on a total area of 663 hectares in Kerman province, located 27 kilometers west of Kerman city. Sanitary wastewater input is 720 m³/d.

SCOPE OF PROJECT:

- Equalization tank, Aeration, Clarifier, and Aerobic digester.

- Filtration, Ultrafiltration, and Reverse Osmosis.

- Equalization tank, Aeration, Clarifier, Digester, Filtration, Ultrafiltration, and Reverse Osmosis.

- Control Systems, Electrical panels, and all necessary Electrical and Instrumentation Equipment.

- Commissioning, Conducting Training Sessions, and Providing initial guidance.

SYSTEM PROCESS:

- Sanitary Wastewater treatment: Equalization Tank > Aeration Unit > Settling Unit & Chlorination > Digestion Unit

- Recycling: Filtration > Ultrafiltration System > UV > BWRO Plant > SWRO Plant
